Default From Z77 to Z97??? Choices Asus, MSI, Asrock?

Trying to decide if I should upgrade from Z77 to Z97 and what board to go with it.

Right now I have Asus P8Z77-V Deluxe.

trying to decide between

Asus Z97-WS

AsRock Z97 Extreme9

The WiFi and bluetooth are not a big deal

What I primary would like is
2 internal USB 3.0 headers
at least one SATA express
at least one M.2 socket
Dual LAN would be nice
and eSATA.

any advice would be appreciated

mostly narrowed it down to Asus Z97-Deluxe and Asrock Extreme 9...
Windows 8 the next big failure, right after Windows ME

I haven't even thought of moving from my sandy bridge yet, as most games are GPU limited.

I would purely based on reputation a top tier manufacturer go with ASUS rather than ASRock.

Both have excellent features, all boils down which one would you trust more, which company has the better track record? Newegg may help with the buyer reviews etc

does it matter if the dual lan has teaming. I have the z87 version of this:

gigabyte z97 gaming g1:

or it's big brother, the wifi black edition:

gigabyte g1.sniper 5 mb, 8gb ddr3-1866 mhz ram in dual channel,intel core i7 4790k 4.0 ghz quad core cpu, asus gtx 780 3gb vc,OCZ vector 150 240 gb ssd x 2 in raid 0 (intel raid),antec hcg-850 850 watt 80 plus bronze psu,corsair carbide 500r white case,pioneer bdr-208 15x bluray writer, steelseries 6gv2 keyboard ,seiki 39 inch 4k tv, logitech g502 mouse ,xbox 360 wired controller for windows,kingston 8gb usb 2.0 flash drive,windows 8.1 64 bit,creative labs sound blaster zxr pci-e sc,logitech s120 2.0 speakers

I'd rather walk with God in the Dark than shine in the light alone.
