Default Middle Button Bug ?

Have some workstations with FX5600 cards and recent drivers. In our OpenGL application, we use the middle mouse button to move, resize, etc. data. In systems with the new card/driver combinations, when we press the middle button, the application gets a SIGSEGV, and aborts. If I put in an FX3500, it exhibits the same behavior until I drop back to driver version 8762. At 8762, the application works. Any driver version after that causes the application to get the SIGSEGV when the middle button is pressed. I tried 9755, 100.14.09, 100.14.06, and 100.14.19 - all cause the problem. Unfortunately, the 8762 version does not support the FX5600.

Please see the forum sticky posts, and also attach the app which reproduces this problem.
