In this context you don't refer to it as "jargon" but rather as the "vernacular form", because that's what it is ... slang.

MikeC's the guy hosting all the stuff, I'm just the monkey on the other end of a SSH session making the server happy.

Pretty easy. Right Click "My Computer", select "Properties", "Performance", and I moved the slider from "Phast" to "Phreaking Phast". The "Ph" denotes that the server booted with "elite=1" in the BOOT.INI
