Ran until I got the Shield spell. Took a bit but I was finally able to put the sucker down for good.

I heard it mentioned once before but is anyone else having major trouble with crashing? It's happening very often in one particular part right in the village following the prologue and I can't advance because of it. Either the game crashes outright or it locks up when I try to meditate. Very annoying, it caused me to have to replay one particular event several times and I just gave up on it after a while. Might wait for a few more patches before I try this one out again.

when ever i had problem with crashing games (don't have witcher yet), but it worked in past with DiRT, Stalker etc..

if you are using vista enable 2gb address set bit in main exe. I believe Witcher uses new SolidShield copy protection. Some copy protections might not like when you edit main game exe. so for this tweak to work you might need an no-dvd patch.

don't worry crainger, I haven't even touched The Witcher in three days due to the Crysis demo and Sandbox Editor
Mmmh I missed the Dryad.... She doesn't have many dialogue options besides describing her country and she won't talk to me about the reasons beyind her staying with the druids.
