I was playing at 1280x1024 resolution. I got a saved game past that point where I hit the water (where I normally crash). But once I load those saves the game now crashes. Really other than those pics, there's nothing else noteworthy! It's only like 2 minutes of a cinematic before it crashes on me.

All this mess for a irjbgfviewrbv Pre-Load, just a ****ing pre-load and
nothing else.
So 24 hours means just download almost the entire file 24 hours before and then wait 24 hours to download the last bit and then play the game !!

Try playing with less/different settings (say med or low settings) .. perhaps that can get you to past the cinematics to move on with the next section of the game.

lol, that's a funny shot.....almost like he's saying "Hey you can't play this yet"

All the problems should work out after the actual time arives.

So, just a clarification, the people that got the demo to INSTALL but not work did you guys have to set your clock forward in order to download the game?

I've heard people are having trouble even installing the game after messing with the clock. Is this true? Or is that another issue?

Crysis Demo FUBAR?
7:02 PM - Robert "Apache" Howarth - 6 Comments
As you might have read already, people who pre-ordered Crysis via EA's online store were supposed to be able to download and play the single player demo a day early (e.g. - today). There is one tiny problem though, the demo ain't working according to InCrysis's restless forum population:

News just in - those that have pre-ordered Crysis through EA are now able to download the demo. You should have an email notification about this! There are reports that this may be still encrypted and not available until a later time. The public release should be exactly 24 hours later after this release. inCrysis is in the process of pre-loading so expect download links the minute it's available to the public.

For those that have it, please do the decent thing and don't spread it. It's only hurting EA and Crytek. Do not ask, nor post any download/torrent links either.

UPDATE
We have been receiving a number of mixed reports. Many are experiencing errors on launching, some saying they can't unencrypt it either. At this stage we don't have any additional information about these problems.

haha - goto bed!
