EA Download - Safe for Vista or XP on dual boot system?

Since i am getting "this driver has stopped responding..." problem with Vista 32 should i install my EA download of Crysis on XP (which is extremely stable) or risk installing it on Vista on my dual boot system? I really like the "very high" setting with DX10.

I will try 169.09 on Vista and see if i get the same error.

I assume i cannot install Crysis on XP AND Vista using the same CD-KEY.

You should be able to do it on both. Just copy the cache between the two to save downloading twice. EA Downloader will let a game run on 3 different PCs at the same time.
