I see very big differences between High and the tweaked ini on XP. It's really a night and day difference. From the pics I've seen of the tweaked ini xp vs. dx10 in Vista, the differences are minimal, if any.

I added the -dx9 to my benchmark file, but DX9 and DX10 produce exactly the same scores for me.
