Crysis loading time memory performances test

Test platform:

Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 OC 3.52GHz
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 8800GTS 640MB 500/1600MHz
OS: Windows Vista

Red = Very high settings
Yellow = High settings
Green = Medium settings

Performance test on 1GB and 2GB memory on E6850 took me completed in shocked, the last time I pulled down the console to find out that on my 3GB took about 53 seconds to loading the new level or save game with very high settings.

Post your performance tests on 1, 2, 3 or 4GB on either XP, XP x64, Vista and Vista x64 here.

I will carry out performance tests now and post it here soon.

I finished the tests, it seemed changed any resolutions or FSAA will not affected. When I started Crysis first time since started the PC and loaded new game at very high settings, it took 53.57 secs but when loaded new game a few times, it actually dropped to 29.35 secs.

Here my memory loading time tests:

Very High settings = 29.35 secs
High settings = 29.38 secs
Medium settings = 29.28 secs

My 3GB average loading time is 29 secs but it not faster than 2GB DDR2 on E6850.

What hard disk are they using?

I think they using Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 160GB hard disk since processors tests on 1 Nov.

I don't think they are. Mine took 30 seconds the last time. Unless it becomes lower in subsequent runs, and I have 4GBs as well.

Now it's dropped to 20 seconds. It won't go any lower at the moment.

20.82 seconds with specs in sig. Ram however is at 2.93 gig.
