How To: Enable console commands
I just figured this out and thought I would share this with you all.
Hit '~' key
This should enable every command. You can test this out by typing 'A' then hit the <tab> key it will auto complete all the command that start with A.
I posted a list of all the command and a description on my site:
I did this on the SP demo I don't know if this will work on MP demo.

If you put con_restricted=0 into your autoexec.cfg it should work without having to type it in everytime.
