Default TWO WORLDS- problem installing

My computer is brand new and I bought two worlds today and downloaded it but whenever the installion was over, an error came up that said::

An error has occured while initializing Direct3D. Insufficient graphic card properties or configuration/ driver problems could be causing this. Try running hte game in Safe Mode.

I went ahead and reinstalled it like twice and installed it again then finally tried safe mode which the same error came up and I updated my computer as much as I could and looked at all the properties and settings and theres no reason why the game shouldn't run... so any help would be great. I want to play it XD
