E6550 Hit the wall?

Hi Guys, I have an E6550 which I was hoping to get to 3ghz. Im using a gigabyte n650sli ds4 and I cant seem to post any higher than 375fsb@1.325 cpu vcore.
My memory is running at 710mhz(I cant run 800 due to the mem hole on the board with 4gb)
Any help getting this chip a little higher

try uping mem voltage and fsb volts

Mem voltage is currently at +0.1 (which gets it to 1.9 which is what it should be at) How far should I take this? Also ive got +0.1 on the FSB, still no post, how far can I take this also?

Depends on the default volts of both. If your memory supports 1.9, 2.0 would be good to try at. If the FSB is 1.2 try .1-.3 more. Just play with it. Also might want to disable some things in the bios that weaken your OC resaults.

Well my mem has 55512 1,9v written on it, im also unsure what the default fsb voltage is as it currently says auto.
Ive disabled EIST. What does spread spectrum do mate?
Anything else you suggest disabling?
