I wish to understand what is Dynamic Twinview? Is this usefull?
If I want to generate a bugreport I need to start kde with verbose 6 but if I start kde with verbose 6 Dynamic Twinview works...

How can I generate a bug report in that way?

Dynamic Twinview allows you to start X with one display attached and then, using nvidia-settings extend your desktop onto another display without restarting X.

Are you saying that something that doesn't work normally starts working when you use -logverbose 6? That's very unlikely.

Check /var/log/Xorg.0.log to see which configuration file the server is using in the working and non-working cases. I suspect the working case is using a different configuration.
