Where is the config for key bind?

I've seen the game config but it doesn't have the key binds in it. I'd like to take a look at that to see if I can reverse the mouse wheel direction for the binoculars. I'd also like to see if it's possible to toggle crouch.

I was looking for this too and could not find it. From the tweak guide.

actionmaps.xml - Holds your keybindings.

Yep, I found it too. I figured out how to reverse the mousewheel direction for Binoculars and weapon zoom in and zoom out but still can't figure out how to toggle crouch key. I got it to stay in crouch but then it wouldn't come back up.
