Default Nvidia, Please Give New Reccomendation For Compiz-Fusion and New Driver

Specifically,
I have 2 different cards that run compiz-fusion, an evga 7800gs and an 8800 gts. One runs Gentoo, the other Debian. I am running the 169 beta drivers.

here is an xorg.conf from one

First Question

Should we disable aiglx as I have in xorg.conf? What should be in it

Option "AIGLX" "False" or Option "AIGLX" "True" ?

Second Question

What should be set in nvidia settings to load on desktop startup

X Server XVideo Settings, Video Texture Adaptor, Sync to Vblank = should this be checked or not?

X Server XVideo Settings, Video Blitter Adaptor Settings, Sync to Vblank on display device = should this be checked or not?

OpenGL Settings, Sync to Vblank = should this be checked or not?

Antialiasing Settings, Texture Quality, Texture Sharpening = should this be checked or not?

Third Question

In Compiz- Fusion settings, should sync to vblank be checked?

Fourth Question

Is there anything in my xorg.conf that needs to be changed?

Fifth question

With Nvidia, should compiz-fusion be started with either indirect rendering or loose binding or both or neither?

With my current settings, I have no problems running compiz but if the monitor powers down for dpms, when I type my password into the xscreensaver lock diagram box, after unlocking I get a black screen that will sometimes return to normal after a few seconds and other times require a restart of x.
