Yeah, but still no quality thrid party games. I personally am not interested in Nintendo's first party games. All my friends liked Wii Sports at first, but they eventually got sick of it.

Yeah, not all games work well with that controller. Nintendo should have included a traditioanl controller as well.

There are more decent 3rd party games than are on the PS3

RE4 was first party?

If the first party games they make are really good (mario, wii sports, etc), then I have no problem with them going that route... as long as I still have a gaming PC.

RE4 sucked, it was on PC, PS2 and GNC. Don't need to get Wii to play it.

For controls, perhaps, but not for the games. Zelda, Mario, and Metroid have all scored higher across review sites than any single title on the PS3 has. That's pretty much an objective view. And in those reviews, most of them talk about how precise the aiming is w/ the Wiimote as compared to a set of analog sticks.

I'll make my mind up after Christmas. Word on the street is we are getting a Wii for the household.

So the entire game sucked because it didn't directly involve Umbrella? You have to at least realize your opinion is in the vast minority, considering that RE4 is widely held to be one of the best games ever made.
