Hmm I'm really considering either selling or stashing Crysis away until 9800... there are so many other great games out at the moment to play that actually RUN well... ie, Gears of War which I'm having a blast with

Playing Gears at 1920x1200 then having to play Crysis at 1440x900 to still get worse frames than Gears is crappy.

Man, it takes quite a long time to release a patch that will increase performance by 1%.

Make sure to stash it in a good place away from the bandits.

guys. running an SLI rig with a QX6850 at stock speed. DX9 and high on almost all but physics and shadows on medium and the game runs pretty good. 40-50 all the time. very playable. of course that DX10 at 50-60 would have been better but lets face it... not gonna happen within the next year even. so...

thats SLI with 2 8800GTX's of course. ;-)
