Damn I hate gamers. They most pathetic class of humans. Gaming, the easiest hobby in the world seems to require 60 IQ points, the knowledge of only 6 words in the English language and a propensity for always being unhappy.

Call me a silly b!tch but shouldn't your hobby make you happy?
Nope. I strive to find misery in my gaming experience.

I support the lawsuit if it gets true game resolutions printed on the back of the game boxes so there is no false advertising or half truths.

So your going to base your purchase on the game by what resolution it runs it on your xbox360.

Megafail. if you want control of your resolutions.. buy the pc version.

Do you realize that 99.9999% of the population don't give a **** what resolution their video games run at? IF this ever gets brought into a court, a judge is gonna look at them and say "are you kidding me?" Bam. Case dismissed.

NOWHERE on the back of the box does it say "resolution". The box on the back is for display support. If they wrote 600p on the back people would say " My TV is 720p, it can't play this ". Anal retentive l33t pC g4m3rs need not influence what is on console boxes.

The Seagase case had merit. This one does not. It fails the test.

Exactly.

This is the biggest bs stretch I have ever seen supported and defended.

This lawsuit has 0% feasibility/success chance

I'd like to say again what I said. This whole thing over "Halo3" being falsely advertised is the least of the worries out there in terms of false advertising.

Some of you are saying that you "somewhat" agree with this lawsuit? But why? Have you played Halo3? The game looks *awesome* and it looks very smooth and looks *HD*. PGR3 for example with its 1024x600p, now that game did stretch it, I could tell on my TV that it was lower res than other games. However, it was a 360 launch game I believe, so I'll let it pass. They didn't try to pull that in PGR4, so I'm happy.

As I said though, there are FAR more things out there that are falsely advertised and GET AWAY with it. If I hadn't know Halo 3 was 640p, I'd never be able to tell the difference. With COD3 and PGR3, I could physically tell that the aliasing was worse than regular 360 games and I figured it's lower resolution. With Halo 3 I can't, get over it.
