no its online only, but there is a lame problem, the main srver is in US, so there are high pings and a few lags time to time, i'm from EU and have pings around 150 most of the time, it isn't that bad, but it becomes if someone connects with pings higher that 300.

epsxe + a spot of the old tekken 3 is as good as it's ever got for the pc i'd say. it even looks half decent when you crank up the resolution!

fighting games would be the only reason why i would consider buying a console now. but then i have tons of other games, so it would be a distraction.

Unreal Engine 3 powered games on Epic's website lists Mortal Kombat 8 hitting the Playstation 3, 360 as well as the PC.

Finally, MK is back to PC again, a must have for me.
