Default compile 100.14.19 with newest lenny kernel?

Hello everyone!

I am running Debian Lenny. A while ago I did a apt-get upgrade, and it installed a new kernelversion, and after that the nvidia driver wouldnt compile, due to the kernel had config paravit something, and that collided with the tainted licence of the nvidia driver.

Can anyone who is running debian lenny updated today tell me if i can compile driver 100.14.19(or the newest beta driver) with the newest kernel for debian lenny?!?

This thread I started has a link to a patch for the nvidia driver, though it's for 100.14.11:

Apparently there was a change to the kernel ABI in the 2.6.23 kernel that causes the problem.
