I can see some corruption with 169.04 in some areas in guild wars + cedega 6.0.3, notably in the integrated online shop.
reverting to 100.14.19 immediately solves the issue. I attached screenshot of said corruption and n-b-r.log note that n-b-r has been made in the working situation (with 100.14.19 and standard archlinux kernel + fbcondecor patch) I'll attach the n-b-r in the non-working situation as soon as I can (I must sort out someting unrelated in the meantime) |

Probably related:
ut2k4 is corrupted too with 196.04. Confirmed on 2 different kernels, with 100.14.19 works fine, 196.04 produces corrupted background / items in menu. See screenshot. |

I solved removing ~/.nvidia-settings-rc and letting nvidia-settings write a new one, may be that's your problem too.

No, doesn't help. Seems like a bug. See another attached in-game screenshot.
If someone from nvidia noticed this thread, could also please post if they are already aware of the problem or not? |

I managed to reproduce the problem with UT2004 and filed bug 378843.

Obviously, 169.07 has been released with this bug, which makes it totally useless for me. That's how my yellow helicopter looks like in FlightGear (where the colorful planes below and above should be semitransparent cloud layers):

@Cimi: You failed to do it properly. Read the sticky post about bug reporting in this subforum.

Same problems in ut2004 that started with 169.04 and is still in 169.07. linux 2.6.23.1. 6600 gt 256mb.
I do not mean to sound like a broken record... but what gives? The memory leak problems I been experiencing and now busted rendering. How long before this slump ends :\ |
