I'm running FC6 (still), uname -a gives "Linux PC-01 2.6.22.9-61.fc6 #1 SMP Thu Sep 27 18:48:03 EDT 2007 i686 athlon i386 GNU/Linux"
I have beryl 0.2.0 installed, and currently got suspend/hibernate working (partly) with my nvidia graphics cards, using the nvidia driver hack. The problem now is that I can only use either Hibernate or Suspend once. If I try to do it a second time without a restart, the computer will freeze just before it finishs the process of hibernating or suspend. I just get a black screen, and only way to use the computer again is to restart using the power button. Maybe because cards doesn't 'reset' the second time? I can provide more detailed information, just tell me where to find them. Thanks ------------------------------ Also, don't know if this is related, but after the first hibernate/suspend, num lock light will go off even though it's on. Pressing num lock twice makes the light come back on again. |
