sound card questions
What would sound better on a sound card with akm dacs:
the akm dacs with good headphones or BEHRINGER MS40 40 Watts 2.0 Digital Stereo Near Field Monitors hooked up through optical? I've been told that if a sound card has excellent dacs, then an optical connection would never sound as good (i.e., dynamic range, distortion,) but that seems kind of odd, so that why I'm asking. |
