Christos , the game run at 720p or at 1080 p in your native 1080p HDTV ?

This is 720 p

And 1080p . At 1080 p looks more "blurry " , like a rescaling .

I would listen to you if you were telling the truth. If you want to see some bad AA go play PGR4.

1080p on my 1080p native sxrd. There are no issues with AA except for some slight aliasing when viewing the car models in the showroom.

That's not for the PS3 though so it can't be cussed. This is a PS3 thread, negative posts only please. Oh, and for extra points, please go out into the internets and find the worst screenshot you can of GT5, post it here and then judge the whole game on it.

Appreciated.

There is a demo version on the Japanese store I believe, not sure if they took it down. Why not try that out in the mean time, if you haven't already.

Now when you actually get the game, is there going to be the option to change the language to english? I could probably figure a decent amount out, but it wouldn't be as fun trying to play one thats all japanese.

I find it pathetic and annoying this game make zero use of the motion controller.

Steering the cars with the controller would be very cool and make perfect sense but for some lame reason its not an options.

Agreed but Motorstorm is more of a course, twitch, crashing arcade racer. For a sim I would think the gradual, smoother steering of motion sensors would work rather well.

Quite a few of the scenery shots lack depth ie: things should look less clear the further they are away. Some parts of the track seem to be like that, but the buildings are far too sharp all around.

However, I'm not particularly into the 'realistic driving sim' games. Need for speed 2 : most wanted, had the most fun gameplay imo. But no, that game is no where near realistic.

Yeah, I would expect that with a car sim like this, they would think its only natural to steer with a controller... As opposed to, lets say, a wheel...
