Pentium 200 mhz
TNT1 video card
(would sometimes swap back and forth between
the TNT1 and a Rage Pro)

I think recall some Quake 1 gaming on it.
Oh and Tie Fighter & some others.

My first gaming PC was a Gateway 2000 full tower, bought during my freshman year in college. It was a 486 DX2 50Mhz, 8MB RAM, ATi Mach32 VGA card, Sound Blaster, 1X CD-ROM drive, 200MB HDD. Cost over $3800 without a monitor.

Uhh, sorry, but my first real gaming pc was indeed a 486 I had bought because wolf3d didn't play on my 8086 laptop, and I certainly couldn't hog my dads 386 work laptop, so he decided to go buy a packard bell pc from sears.

I did own a c64, and I mostly had games for it but I was also pretty big into graphics, sid and digitised music demos, ect. Thats largly what I did on the 486 too, demos and MOD music.

I cant remember if it was the p120, p200, or p2 that I got my vodoo 1 and 2 cards.

And you could install Win95 on a 486 too, which was what I did.

My first pc that I owned was well a piece of junk. It ran Windows 3.1 and I remember playing the first Sim City on it. After that though I did get another PC in 1998.

AMD K6-2 380mhz
64mb Ram
4gb or 8gb HD
4mb Integrated ATI Rage LT Pro (Driver support sucked!)
Cd-Rom Drive

Then after 3 years I moved up to a:
AMD Athlon 2200+
512mb Ram
80GB HD
Geforce 5200 256mb
CD-R/RW
DVD-Rom

In Chirstmas 2005 I got my current pc which has been upgraded with more Ram and a better power supply. I think I will eventually get a 8800GT or a 9600GT.
