Default RH 9 nvidia driver file(noobie)

Hello to all who read this and thx ahead for any help.Let me start with i just install rh9 and i find out that i need drivers for it to play the games i want to install.I download the 4349 put it in my home/balbalal directory i read i have to install this in console not in xwindow i get to that point i do the cd /home/ balbalb/ nvidia drivers i get the message no directory found.i'm lost any help plzz.

Exact steps:
1. cd /home/balbalal/nvidia\ drivers/
2. ./filename

I highly recommend you use tab auto-completion to make your life easier in the future.
