Well just disable SLI in the Nvidia CP. Gears runs great for me on a single 8800GTX.

Must be problem in your PC Specs somewhere, i got noticeable fps boost in all UE3 games.

i get great frame rates. MOHA 1600x1200 4xAA 16xAF max settings, i average 50+ FPS but it stutters UT3 with same settings i average 60-70, but alot of time its dips real low in big fights, but i think thats more to do with my cpu? i need a intel quad core .... so till then im leary of UE3.

oh oh, i played Lost Planet all day yesterday with NO problems, and today i get "ERR09 Unsupported Function" wtf is that about? i need to finnish mission 3 that chick in the VS is pissing me off

i got rid of the error by going down to 4xMSAA. i had it on 16xCSAA. worked fine yesterday! go figure. and that chick was easy to kill once i went outside that little area. im on to the 4th mission now. LOL i just cant quit playing this game. very addicting ...

I'm getting raped in lost planet. To hard on default with this energy crap. Its like they throw 20 super ****s at me at once and 10 snow pirates and I'm supposed to kill them and manage my energy at once
