You're not using Float32 mod? You're only using Parallax Oclusion mapping mod by SkyCE? What about Stalkerskies mod? None of these?
Also what version of Stalker? v1.0005?

Only maybe the mod of paralax mapping can replace some file of float 32 , with the other mods is indifferent the order. The combination gives some artifacts in some situations, I will test the 1.6 version of the mod of POM

I've had no success combining Float32 v1.7112b with Parallax occlusion mapping v1.6.
The author of Parallax occlusion mapping Sky4CE stated that *not* letting Float32 overwrite 4 files and 1 folder listed below should work fine with Float32. Link

deffer_base_lmh_bump_d-hq.ps
deffer_base_lmh_bump-hq.ps
and the `shared` folder

Basically, it's supposed to be done by installing Parallax mod first, back-up the files and folder listed above to another folder. Install the latest Float32 or whatever version you want, then copy those files back, overwriting what Float32 installed.

However, by doing this I just get an error saying my vid card is not compatible with pixel shader 1.1 (I'm using 8800GTX). And I don't think I'm not the only one getting this error when try to combine Float32 + Parallax according to the messages linked above.

The development is running its appointed course. We are not planning any delays for now. We nearly finished all the levels and now we are filling them with storyline and gameplay. A-Life is already working there but we keep on tuning it. As for the trading system... We improved it and corrected the balance between the goods and money. Now, usual goods, for example, common guns without upgrades, will be very chip. And to earn money for really good staff you will have to find rare artifacts and do the quests.
