Jonelo, how on earth can I get my stalker to look like that?!?!?!?!! Mine looks like total **** compared to that lighting and textures. Here take a look this is with 16AF being forced and my frame rates get murdered big time!

Men , please . An engine with deferred rendering, has many more possibilities of having a great iiluminacion, simply it can use many more lights that an engine of forward rendering

You have here occlusion - yes maybe precalculate - , dynamic lighting with many more real points of light and with real shadows, , textures of more resolution and more emphasized by the lighting. - the normal maps and parallax

See for example the first seconds of the this video


Stalker

And Stalker run at 60 fos a 1080p Far Cry 2 at 20 /25 in the demo . Is posible a great upgrade in the Stalker engine .

The textures of Stalker are between the best ones of the world of videogame. The combination of normals maps, paralax and deferred rendering is killer

sorry but in English that made no sense I am reinstalling and I removed the Float32 mod that was installed. I will see how it runs and what it looks like and I'll post some more screens and maybe you can suggest some mods to make it look more like those videos you keep posting

I'd like to know too. There's that many graphics mods for STALKER that it's confusing to know which one does what.

Bad textures and lighting ??? bufff maybe, in the weapons - I believe that the weapons not has normal maps .

I used fload 32 + Stalker Skies + Sharper + paralax oclusion maping mod and some tweaks in the user . But many of the last screens are without the mod of the paralax oclusion maping
