Default Flatpanels don't work?

For some reason, I cannot use my flatpanel monitor under linux anymore. Also, I am having major problems with TwinView under mandrake 9.1 with the new nvidia driver.

I would appreciate any help anyone could give me on the subject. I see that some people are having the same or similar problems... but no solutions have come up as far as I can tell. more in depth descriptions about some of the problems can be found on earlier posts by myself or Ivan.

Default

Under the monitor section in your XF86Config, add

Option "FlatPanel" "1"
Option "CrtcNumber "1"

This works for me...

Default say thats not my main monitor?

Do you mean to add that to XF86Config-4 or XF86Config? Also, my flat panel isn't my main monitor (the one in my monitor section)... in this case, where can I put those options?
