Adding a TAC gun in crysis with sandbox?

How the hell do you do it?

On the first map of the single player game.

FTLOG anyone? No-one? Is it possible? Not?

I have googled. I have followed online tutorials. Helps jack-squat.

I can insert an object but that's it. I can't use it. And when I enter the game I don't even see it.

I added one in the SP demo and it worked out fine.
But not the BIG TAC gun that fires at that massive alien boss. You gotta use the other one. There are two versions.

just load a map, insert anything u want and then go to Game>Switch To Game with the editor and you can mess around with it.

I don't see another version.

How do you save? Do you export to engine or you just plain save?

This frikkin sandbox is impossible to use. I swear you need a science degree to use this thing.

I added the tac gun, not the fleet tac gun to the island beach where you land.
all you have to do is find it in the item list and place it

then export to game engine, save the file, and exit

now play the game!

I did. I can see the gun in the game but I can't pick it up. It's like it's a fix rock or something immovable.
