Default Re: Creative XFI PCI-E version

I have been using my X-Fi Fatal1ty PCI card flawlessly in Vista 64-bit and used it fine in 32-bit as well. I also have 4GB RAM and it works fine (someone people have had issues with this I think?) Im not sure what game out there beside BF2142 ever used the XRAM... but im glad I have it just incase

Great! I was wondering if a PCI-E would be made. I just may have found my new sound card finally.

PCI is fast enought for sound, why is everyone so excited about PCI-E sound cards? is not like it will make any real difference.

I'm proud of my X-Fi Elite Pro

So no need for a PCI Express one for me

But I hope they gonna still support the older ones

All Xram has ever equaled is pure hype, they have never nor will they most likely ever utilize it.....good for epeen and an excuse to charge extra money for a non-exsistent feature basically

Because its NEW! It also frees up PCI slots for all sorts of other things we don't use. =)
