Default Anybody knows how to properly turn AF on 8800 GTX?

Turning the AF on (no matter what level) through nVidia Control Panel makes the trees in the distance look pretty bad - all the leaves turn to sprites. I've attached some screenshots bellow so you can take a look.
I'm using 8800 GTX.
Anybody has any ideas what might be causing this, anybody experiencing the same.
I' ve searched through the forums and haven't found anybody with similar problem.Help is very much appreciated.

Thanks for reply m3dude but I'm not sure that's how it's supposed to look and in my opinion it does not look better that way.
