probably the MCR220 as it is one of the only radiators that will fit in that case.

I'd recommend a D-tek fuzion with accelerator nozzles and a MCP655.. whatever res is good but meh, whatever floats your boat

Since when was the FuZion better then the GTX? I'm just wondering since I am watching eBay for pieces and I planed on the GT or GTX...

Speaking of cases... Anyone know of one with 21" or greater depth that doesn't look like ass and won't set you back over $200?

Wonder how good the flow on this one is

I'm not a big fan of the GTX because it uses an aluminum top. If you want a copper top you have to shell out an additional $40... could have avoided the problem if they had just not used aluminum in the first place.

They perform about the same... when you bow the base both get similar results... install the nozzle kit and washer on the d-tek and you get a good 2-5*C improvement.

The only thing is that the d-tek goes from being free flowing to pretty restrictive once you install that kit.

If you aren't going to use the nozzle kit and install the block in a multi block loop then the Fuzion is the winner because it has better flow than the GTX.

with the d-tech the flow doesn't go across the entire IHS area so I just figured it would naturally cool like crap for quads.Still You just crossed the GTX off my list and I dont like the plastic on the GT so looks like neither are a option for me now The Koolance is on par with the GTX so I guess thats my next option

Regarding the pumps:

Danger Den DD12V-D5 Pump Variable Speed vs. Swiftech MCP655 12 VDC

What do you think?

EDIT: Just found out that they're basically the same pump made from Laing in Germany.. aah fine german engineering! Oh well I guess I'll go with the cheapest then. Would be cool to have a variable speed version though

it is on par with the GTX even with quads

the new Danger Den block is basically a ripoff of the D-tek design...

the Ybris ACS Black Pearl looks pretty interesting but I don't think it is as good as the GTX or Fuzion.

Looking like this so far:

Case: Cooler Master Cosmos 1000
Pump: Swiftech MCP655 (Laing D5)
CPU Waterblock: Swiftech Apogee GTX (though I'm also considering the D-Tek FuZion - I dunno what's best really)
VGA Waterblock: Swiftech MCW60
Radiator: Swiftech MCR220 QP 2X120mm (I would have gone with the MCR320 QP 3X120mm but I can't see it in any danish webshop - perhaps it's worth importing? I would in that case of crouse check up on whether it fits into the Cooler Master Cosmos 1000 case this before I'd buy of course )
Reservoir: I don't know yet
Tubes: I don't know yet

Aluminum top on the GTX, you have to drop more money to get the copper top. Fuzion has always been the better block.

Sorry I'm always like that, need to hear it from different sources before I accept things
Especially after I bought Kandalf LCS almost solely on 3dgameman's recommendation

Ok I'm going with the D-tek Fuzion then. It's actually a good bit cheaper than the GTX where I'm at, so it suits me just fine

Should I take the D-TEK FuZion CPU Accelerator Nozzle Kit too?

I don't think it's worth paying for the Swiftech STEALTH VGA waterblock since it's REALLY expensive and I'm not going to have that 8800GTX forever (gonna buy the Nvidia G90 within 8-10 months probably, depending on when it launches).

I think I'm gonna go with the MCRES-Micro resevoir since I haven't heard any other recommendations, really. That PC mag just said they used "Danger Den resevoir with black coolant", I have no idea what that would be..
