Sometimes Elite 3/4 Red Ring. Problem?

Sometimes when I turn on my 360 Elite I get 3/4 red 1/4 green ring. Is that normal?

I saw some multi language "system error" message. I restarted and all went well. Should I be concerned. The thing is only 6 months old.

Call MS for a RMA, looks like you have a loose chip or something.

Seriously? You've seen red rings before? I just want to know if this is normal.

I got pretty scared when I saw those red rings.

I'll only RMA it if it fails or if it's close to warranty expiration.

THINGS TO TRY

If they're flashing it's not normal. If not, then it's probably fine.
