Exclamation bug report : improvement in new driver

I posted before about a crash bug after I exited X.

With the latest driver (4363 ? ), the bug returned to it's previous state.

With the previous driver, the machine locked after exiting X. Now it refuses to give a console, just like the driver before (so the one before last, sorry, don'r remember the number). So it's better, it no longer does a hard lockup, I can still reboot with ctrl-alt-del, but I still don't get a console after exiting.

My data once again :

IT7max2v2, p4 2.4, abit siluro 4200 128 meg.

TV-out is connected.

If you could get this fixed, would be great.
Thanks for any followup you might give
