those things would be GREAT at cooling and moving mass loads of air...but the noise wouldnt be worth it

My Panaflo FBA12G12H http://tw.youtube.com/watch?v=SQsOdqyKQKQ blows like a pro when it needs to, Fan controller makes it quiet when it doesnt. Turning it up full doesn't seem to help much anyway.

120mmx30mm fans still move a lot of air at low rpm's coz the blades is bigger.

was wondering that whtch is the best 120mm fan for the 3pin on mb i got silverstone fans at moment there case fans and need molex the 9 fin version. but it is 3 pin i am after but then there are volt limits on motherboards . have been looking at the scythe 120 fans the slipstream and the s flex . and the AKASA AK-174CB

they are good the cfm is also but it is the pull of air alot of makers of fans do not publish the pull rate and that is a big thing that . everyone looks at cfm but that is good but if the pull rate is no go cfm drops alot
