Try it. Uninstall your video drivers, take out some ram, reduce the clock on your cpu. Then run WEI and get a low score. Then set everything back to normal. When you run games your performance will be less even though everything is set up just fine. Then run WEI again and get your normal score. Game performance will be back up.
