No Support For Large Ram on Ubuntu
So I thought I would give my Debian usage a rest and try the latest version of Ubuntu (7.10). It looks fairly nice however my only issue which I feel is a large one is the kernel does not support beyond 3GB's of RAM. I search APT for their linux-image-2.6*-bigmem kernel and it is nowhere to be found
I know that if I use the AMD64 kernel its already built in however I feel there should be an option for i386 users. Has anyone found a solution to this problem?
It said install Windows 98 or better so I installed Linux...
