DFI INFINITY P965-S is this good for overclocking

I am looking for a cheap motherboard for overclocking. I have never OC before so I just need something cheap so I can trash it if i do it worng.
Motherboardpro.com has this motherboard
for $66.99 and i am seeing that this is a great deal on this motherboard.
Although it is older tech, its overclocking capabilities are incredible.

IS that true ?
