Default odd question: program to intentionally crash WoW

i have a friend that has absolutely no life except for wow. we used to be friends before he started about a year ago and i haven't seen him outside since.

so i'm wondering if there is a program or something to run that will intentionally crash wow. (odd i know)

any ideas?

All you can do really, is talk to him about it. If he's computer savy, he'd catch onto such stuff, if not just renaming a file would leave him confounded. Do not try to upload something over the net, which would serve to DoS his computer, as this isn't exactly legal; and depending on how things are between the 2 of you (you seem to mention friend in past tense here), this could get nasty. In the end, people will make their own choices in life.

Find him a girlfriend. That works for most people. Nothing worse than GF/wife aggro!

Ummm....you think crashing wow is a good idea.
Way to piss a friend off I say.

How about talking to him and voiceing your concerns.
Much better than sabotage.

its a lost cause now. i talked to him and he chose the game.
it was more of a last resort to point out how addicted he was. it was more symbolic than actual wanting to crash the game

Sorry to hear that, its really quite sad that someone would choose a game over thier friends.
All I can say is that this ownt last forever...
One day he will actually get sick of playing....most people seem to.
