Default Why does my 8800GTS 640mb have a black PCB?

All the other I see in the market have green PCB's. Anyone wanna tell me what's different about mine?

Well, hopefully you can sell it for mad profit in case it's a "limited edition" item.

I had a black 8800 GTS 640 too (got it the day it came out). When I was selling it on ebay someone actually wanted me to end the auction and they would pay more because it was Black and not green From what I understand, only the early ones came in black. Don't know if they even make any black ones now.

Black is the original line of cards... not sure if it means its valued more but mine is black and the core is an A2 core. My friends is green (he got it much later than I got mine) and his core is an A3 core (a newer core). Perhaps thats what the PCB signalsas well?
