I use Diskeeper, but any other product that does scheduled defrags would probably work, like O&O, etc.

My setup is 120GB for Windows/apps/games, 50GB for Vista (probably needs more), 50GB reserved for 32-bit XP should I need it, and the rest for storage. This is on a 640GB RAID 0.

My laptop has partitions for XP, Vista, and Ubuntu, as well as a small FAT32 partition so all three can easily share data. However this will most likely go away soon since Ubuntu can easily write to NTFS with NTFS-3G.

Ohh and Bman I got lost a bit. So you are saying that one small and one big partition is bad setting right?
Well one small partition for the OS and one partition for everything else might be okay, but if you have one partiton for the OS, a large partition with just games and free space, and then another partition for your programs I can't see any benefits to that. It would probably work better with just one partiton for OS, and then one for apps and games.
