p7n sli platinum is not a tri-sli board, though. you can't use the third pci-e slot for sli. that it comes with only a single bridge and is dirt cheap should clue you in

May I be the first to welcome you to Nvnews!
I have BIOS version 2.0, so that will be a difference, but sure, I'll give you what I have. Just don't jump to it or you'll kill something .

Yeah. 400MHz FSB x9, Unlinked memory at 800, CPU core at .2500, Memory voltage at 2.20, FSB Voltage at 1.5, NB Voltage at 1.51, SB Voltage at stock. Spread Spectrum Off, EIST (I think it's called EIST) off.

What version of the bios are you using? I tried this settings before already, wasn't stable for me at all!

Well I am pretty new to OC'ing, does it really matters to the stability to do it in steps?? I have really good cooling and airflow of my case so temp is not an issue, even vcore on 1.5 (+0.2750) my load temp won't go pass 65 (coretemp + hwmonitor)! Also I have a fan blowing directly on to the NB + memory also one on the side blowing on the SB! Will it still "kill" anything if I keep the temps low??

v2.0

v1.0 will work though. Don't jump from stock settings to the OC settings, you'll kill something. Raise your FSB by increments of 25 and do stability test every...75.

What are your rig's specs anyways?

As long as your CPU and FSB don't go over 1.6v.
