Played a bit last night on the PC. Just your typical hack and slash, port seems to be decent. Controls are ok, Graphics ok. Has AA, 16:10, etc.

IGN are overrated paid media and should be totally ignored, IMO.

It's a very solid port. Rumblepad2 immediately detected and works flawlessly. Very fast, solid and sharp controls. FSAA. Zero issues with gfx or frame rates. Graphics are fine on ground or on top of buildings. Again, don't expect Crysis but they are plenty adequate for all the stuff going on around you.

Like the story and how they deliver it <spoiler> through absorbing people. I give this game a 8.5/10. It's a well done superhero sandbox game with plenty of wow's, action and story. What more would you want?

ROFL

It's funny because the only people who have played the game on this forum are PC Gamers.

Man you're an idiot.

I think he means the Hack and Slash genre as a whole. I agree with him, this is a console game for console gamers. As a PC gamer this kind of game is just stupid and seems childish. Running about just button mashing isn't "gaming" it's mindless entertainment. I have played this on both the 360 and the PC and its boring. I thought maybe the PC version would hook me, it didn't.

If you thought it was boring on the console why would you think the PC game would be any better? The game is identical...

Since when has hack and slash been a console genre? there are FAR more hack and slash titles on the PC then any other platform... Diablo and its many clones?

I consider there to be a hack and slash genre. I tend to not like these types of games as they get boring fast to me. I played it on a buddies' 360, he bought it. I thought the controls would make it more to my liking. I prefer to game on the PC with higher resolutions and AA. There are some games I don't like on the console but love on the PC like Mirror's Edge. I thought the controls on the 360 were awful! I had no problems with the game on PC, just another example of a game that I didn't like on the 360 but loved on the PC (PhysX too), thus the term PC gamers. The only thing I really play on the 360 are sports games and thats just because there aren't any on the PC anymore.
