It's just... more Doom 3. There really isn't much else to say about it, the "gravity gun" is nothing special... I think it was a little harder, maybe? Not sure.

Pretty much. I think the level design was a little better.

I wish I had fraps on tonight, as I played further into the game and it actually presented some cool areas and graphics... nothing mind-blowing, but better than before on average. There's a really cool sniper rifle that illuminates everything in red and highlights enemy gunfire, which is cool. You can also take human shields like in Splinter Cell, which is cool.

Still not a great game, but I'm having fun. It's hard though, and the checkpoints are pretty scattered...

Try poking around the .ini files in the game folder and see if you can find resolition settings somewhere. If so, edit in your desired res and see if it works... this is a common method to obtain non-standard resolutions.

If there is no .ini setting for it, or it has no effect, you would need someone to hack it, which for this game would be like a miracle, especially since it supports widescreen already, which is the main reason people hack resolution settings.

WSGF reports there is an .ini tweak that works, so there you go.

The 360 demo was terrible... not only was it ugly, but the lower res made it even uglier, AND it ran choppy with a low FPS... on top of that the analog stick aiming was horrid.

If it's a 6 out of 10 on PC, which is generous, it's a 3 or 4 on consoles.
