Default Re: Intel now shipping 45nm Yorkfield CPUs for next week

My fears start to grow.

Order Status, after 24h: In Bearbeitung (In preparation)

But if you check the Q9450 info: Liefertermin derzeit unbestimmt (unknown delivery date).

This is worse than the 7800GTX512 launch, & with difference.

Just get the Q6600 G0, I wish I would have. Cheaper and higher FSB. The new X3350 and Q9450 has some bad FSB issues.

Yeah, but,

I got the Rampage X48, and i just plan to run the FSB at 450MHz, which seems feasible.

I want the 12MB of cache, and i need SSE4 for my coding projects.

So, i must keep waiting

I changed my order, and the X3350 is in stock. It should arrive at the end of the week or next monday.

I knew about the X3350, but i had my doubts about the compatibility with the mobos. Seems like some guys are running them on the Rampage X48 without any issues.

Thank you very much for the tips

4.4Ghz and climbing. Just updating to the latest bios. Supposed to help with even better overclocks.

Just over 1.5 volts. Temps are pretty good to. I almost had a phase unit to go with it earlier this week. But unfortunately I missed out on that.
