Default Interesting datapoint: opensource driver does one thing better!

I quadriple boot my laptop between FreeBSD/32, FreeBSD/64, Windoze XP and Vista... so I get to see quite the gambit of Nvidia drivers.

One curio: the "nv" driver correctly detects that I'm using my external flat panel where the nvidia driver always chooses the internal panel (although it will switch to the external panel with the hotkey).
