Default CPU frequency scaling unsupported under nvidia 650i

i run fedora 8 with intel P E 2180 and nvidia 650i

it seems cpufreq cann't detect cpu scale,so it runs at 2Ghz (200*10)

and im-sensors cann't detect any sensor but GPU' temperature

I'm not sure but I doubt the E2180 even supports different frequencies.
If it does, then go bug the board maker for an updated BIOS which exports necessary
performance state information in ACPI.
