Default cpu cooler

could some of you gurus recommend a good cooler for my new system . sorry forgot to mention that i have a xfx 780i nforce 7... also could you also advise me on wot ram to get ...

Best air cpu cooler out there at the moment, you can add a 120mm fan or two if you want to increase the cooling performance.

*edit*
That tuniq is one og the sexiest coolers I have seen....(that was kind of weird)

What case are you putting these into, and is noise a big issue for you?

Agreed, One of these with a Noctua fan or two would be killer. But it's too big for some cases and mobo's.

ZM-F3 looks good , And its very cheap also.
