I have 226BW (22' 16:10 TN panel) and noticed how unregular brightnes is depending on how high or low I have my head.
example ![]() As you can see I seat near display. Also I am always trying to have my head situated in front of centre of lcd, but with every move(in darker games) I can see black colour changes. Should I just set my screen lower? Or will it be too bright then? I am considering removing that white basis (the one with volume mixer) ps. I dont want to raise my chair becouse its uncomfortable and unstable then Yeah I known its waste of bandwich for this kind of crap but I am too lazy too try ![]() |

What H4yd3n said. I have the same monitor, it seems much more sensitive to height/angle changes than my 2405 was.

TN panels generally have very poor vertical viewing angles, particularly from the bottom. I try to make sure my TN panel is at least at my eye level if not below.
